Japanese A5 Wagyu represents the highest grade of beef available, known for its extraordinary marbling, rich buttery flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Raised in Japan under strict quality standards, A5 Wagyu delivers an unforgettable dining experience that is perfect for celebrating Father's Day.
Cooking Directions
• Bring steak to room temperature for 30-45 minutes before cooking.
• Season lightly with salt. The exceptional flavor needs little else.
• Heat a cast-iron skillet until very hot.
• Sear 1-2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
• Because of the intense marbling, avoid overcooking.
• Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
