I just wanted to come on here and say hi to our new followers!
Who we are:
We are a young family who loves all things homesteading. We want to teach our kiddos the importance of knowing how to care for animals, raise a garden, and be as self sufficient as possible.
Last year, our daughter, now 5, wanted to have a roadside stand so we could sell our extras. We thought this would be an excellent opportunity for our girls to learn new skills and save up some cash, so we built them a stand and helped them get started!
What we do:
We make, grow, and/or raise everything in our stand. The eggs are fresh from our hens, the canned goods are made from our garden or other local farms, and our baked goods are made from scratch.
When we are open:
We are open 24/7 from spring- late fall for eggs and canned goods. We put our baked goods out on Saturday morning and they are there until they sell out or until the end of the weekend. If you come by and we are sold out of something you were wanting, you can either drop a note in our cash box with your name and your order or send us a message on here with your order and we can get it made for you!
Thank you to everyone who stops by! The girls love filling the stand and checking on it throughout the day. They love getting visitors- even if it’s just to grab a free book or just to browse. If you find yourself in our neck of the woods, come by and check us out!
