We believe quality starts from the inside out, which is why we use natural casings in our sausages. Natural casings provide that classic “snap” when you bite into them, along with a more traditional texture and are far more breathable to absorb that classic smoke flavor.

Synthetic casings certainly have their place in large-scale production, but for authentic old-world craftsmanship and premium quality, natural is the way to go.
