❤️ A Quick Note About Our Rewards Program ❤️

We wanted to take a moment to clarify how our Uncle Nicks Rewards Program works.

Our rewards program is something we offer simply as a way to thank our loyal customers and give a little back for supporting our small business. For every $100 you spend, you earn $10 back to use toward a future purchase. That’s 10% back just for shopping with us!

Like most rewards programs, reward points do have an expiration date. Square sends reminder notifications before points expire so customers have an opportunity to use them. Also, like most rewards programs, you cannot stack these rewards.

Recently, we’ve had some customers upset when expired points could no longer be redeemed. We completely understand that it’s disappointing to realize you missed the expiration date, and we’re sorry when that happens. However, once rewards have expired, we are unable to reinstate or honor them.

As a small, family-owned business, we truly try to give back to our customers in as many ways as we can—through our rewards program, specials, promotions, and more. But in order for us to continue offering these programs, we also have to stick to the guidelines we’ve put in place.

We never want anyone to feel that we don’t appreciate their business. The rewards program exists because we DO appreciate it. ❤️ We just ask that everyone please keep an eye on their rewards and the expiration reminders from Square so you can enjoy the rewards you’ve earned before they expire.

Thank you for supporting our small business, being part of the Uncle Nicks family, and allowing us to continue doing what we love. 🇮🇹❤️🤍💚

Year number 11. Our first year into our second decade!

We can’t say enough how grateful we are for this community. Day in and day out you are always here supporting our business and we will always be here for you!

This next decade is going to be filled with so much growth and we are looking forward to it all! Thank you to our employees for giving us your all to help continue the legacy of Uncle Nicks. Thank you to all of our family and friends who have been here every step of the way. And thank you again to the community- without you we’re nothing. Let’s celebrate 🎉
