Let me give you everything that I have for you? Small heart big Faith ;
Hello my people, what a glorious summer week. It was truly rejuvenating but it also presented me with a great challenge. I know I adore warmth but it seems the heat and I are no longer in harmony. Thank God I have emerged stronger.
Well last week Sunday's preaching was incredibly powerful by Fr. Chu. I made a conscious effort to see the good in every situation I encountered and in every person I met. It was truly uplifting and transformative to overcome the negative and focus on the positive.
I was poised to craft another tale, but then I witnessed this at church and God inspired me to write this instead, even though Joseph was upset with me for taking this picture - I captured it in that fleeting instant. Her unwavering faith reminded me to surrender all that I am to God - our talents, hearts, lives, and very selves.
So my daughter started helping us at the market whenever she can. Since there's no school she has been incredibly helpful at the market fixing the lemonades. Some of our generous customers give her little tips that she can get something she truly desires. Since a few weeks ago I have noticed that she has a little handbag that she carries everywhere she goes. And she is saving all her tip money and brings them to church and shares with her brothers when it's offering time. We usually carry the change with us to instill in them the importance of giving to God or when someone is in need. Today she emptied her purse in the church she was happy and joyful. I was watching her and dropping my tears. β Small heart big Faith β
So it reminded me that having faith like children, just give everything to God with joy and happiness.
Sometimes the greatest gift we can give God is not our perfection, our success, or our accomplishments. It is our honest heart. When we surrender everything we haveβour joys, our pain, our hopes, and our fearsβGod can transform what we place in His hands into something beautiful.
For when we give Him everything we have, we discover that He has been giving us everything we need all along. We are witnessing this how God taking care of us even though we have our own crosses in our life.
When we give God everything you have, even your emptiness, He fills your life with His presence, peace, and purpose.πβ€οΈ
