Mer-Girl Gardens is a 5 acres in La Villita (the little village) NM. We have 500 fruit trees, 300 varieties of heirtage apple, pear, peach, nectarine, plum and cherry. 1000 feet of berry brambles containing (at the time of writing) 5 varieties of raspberry, 2 varieties blackberries and 20 kinds of table grapes. Our seasonal vegetables may include, but are not limited to, 30 + varieties of heirloom

tomatoes, several types of potatoes, cucumbers, garlic, chili and peppers, greens and root crops. We also grow many varieties of culinary herbs, such as, basil, oregano, mint, chives, lemon balm, lemon verbena, parsely, sage, rosemary, thyme and lavender. We practice sustainability, make a big effort towards seed saving and plant with an eye towards beauty. Flowers and fragrance abound here, where ART is the heart of the eARTh ... come visit and sooth your soul. You can find us at The Taos Farmers Market from May through October. We are in the corner under the 3 white umbrellas.
