Your meat is your meat.
We believe you should know exactly what you're getting back. Unlike many processors, we process one animal at a time. We do not mix animals together to make a 50lbs batch of brats or sausage. This is why we process everything extra in 10lbs batches. You put in the hard work and time to harvest your animal and make sure it was properly taken care of. Let us take care of the rest.

We offer a variety of extras including bratwurst in flavors such as classic, tailgater (mild salsa), jalapeno cheddar, and mushroom and swiss. Starting at $4 per pound, 10 lbs minimum.
