As we look ahead to 2026, we are reminded of the many meaningful, challenging, and exciting moments that 2025 brought us. This past year has been one of tremendous growth—not only within our facility, but in the relationships, we continue to build with our customers. Welcoming new faces is always a blessing, and watching long-time customers grow from bringing in one or two beef per drop-off to four, five, or even six has been truly remarkable.
At the beginning of the year, we invested in new equipment, added additional tools to support our workflow, and proudly launched our Value-Added Line.
By mid-year, our customer base had expanded significantly, with both new and returning customers booking farther in advance than ever before.
And as the year draws to a close, your continued support has allowed us to begin expanding our facility once again—while also planning for even greater growth in the years ahead.
Through every challenge and every success, we are reminded that progress happens one step at a time. Like all small, local businesses, we have goals we work tirelessly to achieve. But we know we could not accomplish any of them without the loyalty, trust, and encouragement of our incredible customers.
With that being said, we are truly excited for the opportunities and growth that 2026 will bring.
