To Our Valued Customers,
We would like to sincerely apologize for the recent inconvenience caused by our beer cooler being too cold. We understand that having your beverage reach peak refreshment levels may have been shocking and emotionally overwhelming.
Several customers reported issues including but not limited to:
✋“I had to wear gloves to drink this!"
🫵“It was aggressively cold.”
🥶“I had to wear a hoodie in front of the cooler.”
Please know our team is working around the clock to ensure future beers remain only perfectly cold instead of "aggressively cold".
As part of our corrective action plan we are monitoring all beverages and staff for excessive chill.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We remain committed to providing a consistently cold, but not too cold, beer experience.
