FYI, we need 60 essential minerals to stay healthy and we can't get them in our food unless the soil has been enriched with them. Add to that the 12 amino acids, 16 vitamins and 3 essential fatty acids and we now need 90 plus essential nutrients. Easy way to do this -- Tangy Tangerine, in a drink or capsules, plus the EFA's.
