🌱 Farm Team Member Wanted! 🌾
We’re a small, growing family farm around the Kinnelon area looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
• Daily farm chores (animal care, egg collection, garden maintenance, harvesting, etc.)
• Helping with seasonal projects and general farm tasks
• Working outdoors in a beautiful setting with animals and fresh air
The compensation is unique and rewarding: You’ll earn a competitive share based on the hours and type of work you do. Plus, you can take all the fresh eggs and produce you’d like as part of your compensation. Many people love this arrangement — trading time for truly farm-fresh food!
We’re looking for someone who:
• Enjoys physical work and being outdoors
• Is dependable and takes pride in what they do
• Loves animals and growing food (or wants to learn!)
• Needs flexible hours. Hours can be when you are available.
