When the Kihei heat turns up, we head for the cool, refreshing magic of ʻĪao Valley! 🌿💦🌺

Just a short drive away, and suddenly we’re surrounded by lush green mountains, misty skies, fresh mountain air, and the peaceful sounds of nature. 🌴⛰️

One of the many reasons I love Maui so much… sunshine and beaches one moment, cool tropical paradise the next! 💚

Sometimes the best way to beat the heat is to escape into nature and let Maui work her magic. 🌈✨

✨ A Little Maui-Made Magic in a Bottle!

The absolutely miraculous Healer Spray, lovingly crafted right here on Maui by my dear friend Kimber Hoang, has come to my rescue once again!

I honestly can’t tell you how many times this little bottle has been part of my recovery routine!
Made with 100% natural ingredients, this spray has become one of my favorite things to keep on hand.
Recently, I pulled a muscle in my leg, and the area developed a pretty nasty bruise. Along with icing it, I applied Healer Spray every day for a week, and I was amazed at how much the bruising and discomfort improved!

I also love spraying it on my tired feet at night after a long day of standing. Such a wonderful little self-care ritual!

Some products are simply too good to keep a secret, and this is definitely one of them!

A little Sunday magic in Upcountry Maui! 🌻🎃🍂
Lola and I spent a beautiful, cool Sunday in Kula enjoying our annual visit to Kula Country Farms! 💛

There’s something so special about the crisp mountain air, gorgeous views, fall colors, and simple moments that make the sweetest memories. 🌸🌿

A perfect reminder to slow down, enjoy the little things, and appreciate the beauty of Maui and the people (and pets) we share it with. 🌈💕

Our Aloha Friday started off with rain and rainbows.
And it turned out to be a perfect morning to give our windows a facelift.
This project took me years to finish and I gotta say I am mighty proud for finishing it. It’s not perfect, but … it’s done. And sometimes as a small business owner, crossing off tasks, especially the ones that have been on the list for a long time is something to celebrate.
Huge thanks to Chad and Chris for helping me make our windows more joyful and vibrant!
