🥙 Mediterranean Chicken & Sweet Pepper Skillet 🍳

👨🏻‍🍳 We gave it a fancy name so you’d feel like a chef instead of a tired human who just wants dinner on the table before the kids start a full-scale rebellion.

Reality? It’s chicken + sweet mini peppers + onions + a glorious blanket of melted cheese in one skillet. Italian seasoning and garlic are just there doing emotional support flavor work.
