Fall Season Sept 20th-Oct27th (Not open until Aug 9th)
**Market is wheather permitting as it is outside. We do have the option to move inside if need be.
Sundays 10:30 Am til 2:30 pm
● Assigned spots are for the season (can be switched with approval)
●Vendors must have someone present to operate booth at all times.
●Vendors must stay whole event even if sold out.
●9:30 am arrival for set up. Must be set up and ready to sell by 10:30 am when the bell rings and the market starts. Vendors can not set up late and still sell. Zero tardy tolerance.
●Each booth must have a small trashcan
●Vendors may not have an outside partner join or share their table without approval.
●Must supply all equipment to run your booth (tent, chairs, tables, etc..) unless instructed otherwise.
●All tables must have a cover
●Senior vendors will take priority in application and admittance into the market.
Vendor Fees
Summer Season $250 -->12 spots available
Fall Season $150 --> Availability N/A
●Non refundable
●Vendor fee must be recieved within 24 hrs of application approval. If payment is not recieved vendor spot will go to next approved vendor without notice.
Vendor Attendance
●If vendor can not make the event a 24hr notice must be given to the event cordinator, and the vendor can not attend the following weeks market. This is so vendors dont make a habit of missing and causing possible empty spots at the market. Substitutes will be on stand by for such scenarios.
*To be placed on substitute list or for more info on substitute vending please reach out to the event cordinator. Substitutes are a first come first serve basis and are $30 for the day.
