We are a 501c3 non profit organization, and as a public charity supporting local agricultural education and community building, our Mission is: "The Haymaker Farmers' Market provides a connection between producers of local food and the community by creating a vibrant and sustainable gathering place promoting direct access to fresh and prepared food, agricultural and environmental education and the arts."

October is the last month for Power of Produce! 💪🥕

We have so many fun things in store to end off 2026! Including... 10/31 (Halloween) will be an extra sweet treat for the kids who participate.

PoP UPDATE:
We will no longer be accepting PoP Silver tokens after the first of the year. So be sure to redeem them before 12/31/26.

A day of creativity at the market! 🎨

Featured:

Sketch Kent joined us! Founded by Joan Inderhees, they invite artists to sketch what they see, today it was a beautiful Saturday at the market.

Power of produce also featured an outlet for kids to show off their own artwork. Give them a round of applause!

Lastly, enjoy the works of some very talented artist vendors who joined us this week! 🤗

We celebrated our Haymaker community on Sunday with our annual Community Potluck! 🥒🌻

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Plum Creek Park, brought a dish to share, caught up with friends and neighbors, and helped make the afternoon such a fun celebration of our local food community.

Margaret took home the to vote as our 2026 Prize Pickler contest with her spicy, smoky pickles, which she described as “a spice rack experiment!”

Apparently, it was a very successful experiment. 😄

Congratulations, Margaret, and thank you to everyone who brought pickles, tasted, judged and joined in the fun! We had some seriously tasty competition this year!
