My daughter was at Harborview for 4 months and is now living in an adult family home. She has physical therapy twice a week but she still has a long way to go in healing. The spinal cord injury has not healed enough for her to function alone.

Just to update my loyal customers, my daughter Stacy had a bad fall on June 2nd & has been at Harborview Hospital ever since paralyzed & unable to breathe on her own. We are praying for a full recovery but it will be a very long trip. I miss you all and wish I had better news right now. Sorry for the lapse in communication but will try to keep all of my customers informed with Stacy's progress. There is a page for her "Positive Thoughts for Stacy" where you can read updates. Hugs!

Just to let you all know, it looks very unlikely that the Farm Stand will be open this summer. Perhaps the new owners will open sometime in June but I am not sure. I will keep you posted!

Yes, it is true; the nursery & the farm stand have been sold. It was not an easy decision for Doug but we are quite simply tired of working so hard for nearly 30 years! I love the farm stand and will miss all of our loyal customers! I will continue to try and stay in touch with all of you!

I am off on a new adventure next week; going to Iceland for the first time & and so excited! Will probably post my travel blogs if you want me to share with you!

A very heavy heart. We had to put old Beau down. An inoperable tumor in his mouth had made it very difficult for him to eat. I know how much you & your children loved him and he loved you too!

Hi folks! We are trying to contact one of our regular summer customers and hoping that someone out there might know him. His name is Yurig (spelling?) and owns I think some kind of trucking business. He is European descent most likely Russian or Polish. He has 3 young children; one of them is a darling little girl he takes with him all of the time. If anyone knows him, I would very much appreciate it if you would let him know we would like to see him again! Thanks!
