Hello out there all of you BLUE CHEESE Chip fans!! You've been asking and YES - THIS week we're making them at Rustic Road Brewing Company! We will be bringing them to Kenosha HarborMarket (on the Plaza 201 56th St) on Saturday June 6th, where they will be available from 9 am to 2 pm...or until they sell out! Don't count on the rain keeping people away from the Market - it's rain or shine unless thunderstorms call it off!

We're making twice the number of them...and are attempting to figure out how many to pack for the Market and how many to take to Mars Cheese Castle!

Yikes...this making more chips at Rustic Road Brewing Company is sure making my days fly by - and add in Memorial Day? Well, it's Friday again and chips are heading over to Mars Cheese Castle as well as being packed for tomorrow's Kenosha HarborMarket!

By the way, this week's bar chip at Rustic Road Brewing Company is the Smokey Sweet Cinnamon - if you taste it there, you can buy it on the Plaza de Douai between 9 am and 2 pm (or until they sell out).

As for Pine River Dairy cheese this week it's the Mozzarella String Cheese Whips, Garlic & Dill Cheese Curds, Terrific Trio (cheddar, gouda and parm), Strawberry Cheddar, Bee Sting White Cheddar, 20 yr old Yellow Cheddar (yes...twenty), Garlic Brick, Blue Cheddar, Smoked Gouda and some spreads if I've got room!

Yaeger's Farm Market salsa will include Black Bean & Corn, Cherry, Peach, Corn and........again, depends on how much space my car has. PLEASE ask if you want pickles, beets, etc.

Silver Creek Specialty Meats Jim's Blue Ribbon Summer Sausage as well as Rice River Farms wild rice mixes will get squeezed in too!

Here's a familiar sight this time of year - LILACS! Maybe you've got them outside your bedroom window and you wake up to their heavenly fragrance, too? It's something you're familiar with, something you know...

We make the most delicious, delectable chips at Rustic Road Brewing Company every week to bring to Kenosha HarborMarket where we have a space on the Plaza de Douai 201 56th St.

You may or may not know the flavors we bring each week but there are over 60 varieties covering 5 different flavor profiles each week...Sweet, Savory, Spicy, Cheesy, and Garlicy. We're making 9 unique taste-tempting treats weekly. For now (hint of things to come). 😇

Time flies when you're having fun! So, I keep reminding myself HAVE FUN!

Do I need better time management? Delegation? T R Y I N G! But the culture I grew up in said either you do or you don't. So, I'll just say, I will DO my best...and HAVE FUN!

Towards that end, here's the post for which Amish jarred items from Yaeger's Farm Market I'm bringing to tomorrow's HARBOR Market on the Plaza de Douai (201 56th St): Peach Salsa, Traditional HOT Salsa, Garden Salsa, Tiny Sweet Beets, Strawberry No Sugar Added Jam and Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. If you've pre-ordered I will make sure to set your items aside!

The Chieftain Rice River Farms? I grabbed a bunch of bags and packed them in my car - which varieties? Unsure. I apologize. We got my son's bags packed in the car for his latest journey to CA and I forgot to write down what I packed. He's now sitting at O'Hare waiting for his trip to begin and I'm home again ready to organize the various cheese from Pine River Dairy - can't pack those until tomorrow morning because we're getting such NICE weather!!

There's 9 flavors of chips made at Rustic Road Brewing Company, Summer Sausage from Silver Creek Specialty Meats, and smiling albeit tired faces waiting to greet you at our booth between 9 am and 2 pm!
