Only 2 more outdoor Kenosha Harbor Markets...10/24 and 10/31 and my opinion nothing beats the view from the harbor as the sun comes up! Right?

The chips (made at Rustic Road Brewing Company) this week are Cheezi Raspberry, Evrything Bagellike, Garlic Sautéed Black Truffle (one of our 1st place International Flavor Awards winners), Ol' Bayish, Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper and Veggie Dill!

Cheese this week from Decatur Dairy and Pine River Dairy? Sure thing! Salsa, Beets, Pickles and more from Yaeger's Farm Market? But of course! Wild rice blends for easy dinner ideas from Rice River Farms? YES! And don't forget the Summer Sausage from Silver Creek Specialty Meats!

Market is open from 9 am to 2 pm and you'll find WisConian still on the Plaza de Douai (201 56th St) - no tent but tables full of great products!

Monday morning and back to chip-making!

This Saturday at Kenosha Harbor Market the first 3 chip flavors to look forward to are Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper, Veggie Dill and Evrything Bagellike! Thanks to my friend Kathy (Kathy's Kreations) and her friend Ginger - Red Hen Soap Co, I've got a bunch of new spices to play with!

Change of plans folks...if y'all have been following my personal saga, and the little fire at Rustic Road Brewing Company it all kinda messed up my production schedule and therefore which flavor will appear when.

There will be chips Sat 10/17 at Kenosha Harbor Market on the Plaza de Douai in the following flavors: Cheese Pizza, KB's Savory Sweet Garlic, Memphis BBQ, Seasoned Garlic, Sriracha Lime, and Twisted Cinnamon.

Yaeger's Farm Market salsa, pickles etc and Silver Creek Specialty Meats summer sausage as well as the wild rice from Rice River Farms will be on the table. As will Decatur Dairy and Pine River Dairy cheese including some Swiss, Farmer, Cheddars (several different varieties), and it will be cold enough for BUTTER!

Speaking of cold, we will NOT have our tent - what little warmth I can find from the sun I need!! Just look for the sun on our banner.

Rustic Road Brewing Company has refurbished their kitchen and chips will be made this week!

What flavors you ask? So far Cheese Pizza, Evrything Bagellike, and Memphis BBQ. More flavors of chips, cheese and salsa will be posted later in the week!

As you hopefully know, Kenosha Harbor Market is still filled with amazing vendors! We're there 10/17, 10/24 and 10/31 between 9 am and 2 pm! You can find WisConian Delectables on the Plaza de Douai 201 56th St.

Come shop for produce, flowers - I bought a bouquet from Qer Floral and a Dutch Apple Pie from Van Laar's to celebrate my birthday- NUMMY!! There's jewelry, olive oil, crafts and so much ETC!!

Where's your next favorite cheese coming from? WisConian Delectables we hope!

C H E E S E? I MAKE CHIPS - hand crafted chips...just not the hundreds and hundreds I used to before covid. So, yes, I added CHEESE!

Do you know where Decatur Dairy is located? It's a lovely 2 hour drive westward to Brodhead! When taking a friend, including lunch, it's about a 5 hour round trip drive. Why do I do this?? Somedays I ask myself that question. :)

You can find cheese in oh so many stores. But I bring you, not just ANY cheese - these cheeses. FRESH from the dairy! As well as several other "unique" varieties from Pine River Dairy! Where's that you ask? Manitowoc! That cheese is overnighted to me "weather permitting"! There's only so many hours in the week, right?

I'll also have the Stettler and Golden Swiss from Decatur as well as the Blue Cheddar, Black Garlic Peppercorn Cheddar, Hatch Chili Cheddar, Apple Cheddar, Strawberry Cheddar and Dill Farmer from Pine River. Why so many cheddars? HARD, aged, cheeses hold up better when it's warm outside and this weekend looks warmer again! Regardless, all cheese is kept in coolers with lots of ice you you've got plenty of time to get it home!

APPLES...

Have you been anxiously waiting to know when the APPLE Pie Crust Chips were coming to Kenosha Harbor Market? They're for the end of Oktoberfest - October 3rd!

The wait is over! APPLE Pie Crust, Bier, Honey'd Garlic, Loaded "Baked Potato", Some Like it HOT (although some do like it even hotter!) and Sweet Maui Onion are showing up this Saturday!

Also appearing will be various APPLE items from Yaeger's Farm Market: APPLE Salsa, APPLE Hickory BBQ Sauce and No Sugar Added APPLE BUTTER!

PLUS... APPLE Cheddar Cheese from Pine River Dairy!
