In the mood for something different for dinner? Sizzle Stackerz will be in the lot!

This family-owned food truck is joining us for the very first time, and we couldn't be more excited!

Their menu features burgers, pork sandwiches, loaded friends, a dedicated kid's menu, and more! And if you have a sweet tooth, don't miss their summer special: Funnel Cake Fries. They're the perfect treat to enjoy while you shop the market, so be sure to add them to your must-try list!

Sizzle Stackers is built on family. From bringing their daughter along to events to creating memories together while serving great food, every stop is another chapter in their journey.

Since launching last summer, they've been working hard to serve communities across Nebraska, constantly learning, refining recipes, and perfecting their barbecue along the way. Their passion for great food and genuine appreciation for every customer shines through in everything they do.

Serving made-to-order authentic Mexican food, Los Forasteros has become a Night Market favorite. Whether you're craving tacos, burritos, quesadillas, or another one of their incredible specialties, you can always count on fresh, flavorful food made with care.

Fun fact: We recently learned that "Los Forasteros" isn't just the name of the food truck. It was also the name of Arturo's band back in the day! Maybe one day we can convince him to play for us 😉

Welcome to the Beer Garden!

In case you haven't heard, we have some BIG news for this month's Third Thursday Night Market... Upper Room Brewery is going to here for the very first Third Thursday Night Market Beer Garden!

Created by two local couples with a shared love of craft beer and community, Upper Room Brewery has become a favorite gathering place here in Kearney. Michael brews every batch of beer right on-site, and they've recently expanded by opening 52 Taphouse in Minden.

If you've ever been to Upper Room, you know they're about so much more than great beer. From hosting free community events and live music to welcoming food trucks year-round, they've created spaces where people can gather, connect, and have a good time—and that's exactly what the Third Thursday Night Market is all about.

To visit the beer garden, simply enter through Rooted Plant Co. and exit through our east door.

Please remember: All alcoholic beverages MUST remain inside the designated beer garden area.

Please help us give a warm Third Thursday welcome to one of our newest vendors—KooL RingZ!

This is Hayden’s very first vendor event, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him join our market!

Hayden is an Exercise Science and Nutrition student, a University of Nebraska at Kearney football player, and a new entrepreneur with a passion for creating healthier options for his community. After long practices left him searching for something that would actually fuel his body, he came up with the idea for KooL RingZ—fresh pineapple rings infused with over 30 sugar-free hydration and energy flavors.

Hayden is building this business to help pay for school, support his mom, and connect with the Kearney community he’s grown to love over the past year. We absolutely love seeing people chase their dreams, and we’d love for you to help us make his very first market a memorable one.
