The beef for each quarter is $1200.

Each quarter has
Cube steak, chuck roast, brisket, stew meat, sirloin steak, bone-in ribeye and ground beef....
One of the beef has bone-in T-Bones and the other quarter of a beef has boneless New York strip and fillet.

Quarter of a beef for sale.
$1,200 per quarter, the hanging weight was 826 lb for the whole beef.

The beef will include
T-Bone, porterhouse, cube steaks, sirloin steaks, ribeyes, sirloin tip roast, rump roast, chuck roast, brisket, stew meat and 1 lb packages of ground beef.

If you're interested in purchasing a quarter and you want to customize it, you can do so. As long as it's done tonight. Hit up our website www.amaysingmeatsjohnstown.com And find the beef butcher sheet and get that filled out and send us an email with your choices.
Also, send us a text message to 740-404-9675 letting us know that you would like to purchase a quarter and you filled in the online cut sheet. The beef will get cut on Wednesday, February 25th and it will be ready for pickup by Friday the 27th.
The $1,200 price is for the listing of how we have it cut above, by customizing the cut choices. You could have some additional charges, especially if hamburger patties are chosen.
