Many men experience issues like bladder urgency, constipation, hip or back discomfort, core weakness, or other symptoms without realizing they may be connected to pelvic floor health.

There’s something special about getting closer to the people who grow our food.

The Northeast Tennessee Farm Tour is a chance to slow down, explore our beautiful region, meet local farmers, and gain a deeper appreciation for the hands that steward the land. From flowers and orchards to livestock, vineyards, and farm markets, each stop tells a story about the heart of our local food community.

If you’ve ever wondered where your food comes from, this is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon with family and friends.
