We are a small local NC business selling a cherished family recipe- a Danish Gourmet Sweet Tarragon
Dressing made with love. It was inspired by our mother and
Danish grandmother who was the Danish Goodwill Ambassador in NY who welcomed and cooked for Danish Dignitaries and Sailors in the early 1900’s. We served it in our restaurants for over 30 years and were encouraged to bottle it by one of our customers who is now our partner!!
We are bottling two new varieties -
a Creamy Tarragon Dressing and a Zero Sugar Dressing to go along with the original Gourmet Sweet Tarragon Dressing…
They are great on mixed greens with tomatoes, thinly sliced onions, mandarin oranges and craisins- our favorite… and they are amazing as a marinade with veggies, chicken, salmon, fish and pork. Tarragon is a heart healthy herb which is great
for circulation too!
Healthy and good- what a combination!

We decided to bottle an old Danish Family Recipe- Stuarts moms sweet tarragon dressing! An old and cherished family favorite, enjoyed in his restaurants,…
and the response has been overwhelming!!
We are on Amazon, in a foodservice distributor on the east coast-
for restaurant sales, a golf course,
a winery, a general store, a mercantile, a produce stand and several gift shops in NC!
Customers love it and encouraged us to create a creamy tarragon dressing and a zero sugar dressing so that’s what we are doing!
Its a special dressing ( or marinade) using tarragon- which is hard to find, and a very unique and healthy herb. Great for heart health and circulation it also tastes great too!
