PM Production Team Member Lancaster Foods
Salary Range $11.00 - $11.50 Hourly
Shift: PM Shift
JOB SUMMARY
A Team Member is assigned to the Production Department of Lancaster Foods to work at various Production stations, ensuring that produce is processed according to quality specifications, customer needs, and supervisor direction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain and control all quality standards.
Offload produce onto the production line.
Constantly perform quality assurance checks at the required speed and accuracy.
Adjust the production line equipment as necessary.
Use knives and operate other cutting equipment to render finished produce as directed.
Package produce for customer delivery
Assure labels and primary containers are correct.
Assist other team members in completion of work.
Must work safely at all times and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Comply with Lancaster Foods, Inc. policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Lift, carry and push up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
Withstanding cold temperature extremes, including sub-freezing temperatures, up to 8 hours a day.
Able to bend, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height occasionally. Able to climb steps occasionally.
Constantly communicates and receives verbal communication with other employees in fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
Physical presence at the job site is essential to perform job duties.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Typically bends, lifts, carries, reaches/extends arms and hands above shoulder height occasionally, or otherwise moves in a constantly changing environment.
Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 25 lbs. regularly, 30-35 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day and to climb steps regularly.
Withstanding temperature extremes in indoor (freezing temperatures) and outdoor environments.
Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English.
Constantly communicates and receives verbal communication with other employees in fast-paced environment.
Normal hearing and vision.
Physical presence at the job site is essential to perform job duties.
