We are looking for a full-time Butcher/Meat Processor to work in our Scott Twp. Facility.

In this position he/she harvests, cuts, prepares, packages and labels beef according to the customer’s instructions.

Interested individuals must:
-Be dependable
-Be comfortable with daily deadlines
-Be willing to work in hot or cold environments
-Be able to lift and carry heavy items
-Work Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm. Saturdays and overtime occasionally as needed.

Success in this role will lead to other roles within the company.

We are looking for a full-time Butcher and Wrapper to work in our Scott Twp and LaPlume Facilities.

As a Butcher, you would be responsible for carcass sanitation and breakdown, meat cutting, and de-boning of our customer’s meat.

As a Wrapper you would prepare our customer’s cuts, smoked and sliced meat for packaging.

Experience is preferred but willing to train.
