Hello my Farmers' Market friends - though we had planned to be there this week my body just didn't want to cooperate. Hanging out with the good folks at the Lexington VAMC this weekend but hope to see you at next week's market.

John and I will be at the Winchester/Clark County Farmers' Market tomorrow with deliciously tender SWEET CORN, a nice variety of our organically grown tomatoes, several varieties of stringless greejj pn beans, okra, eggplant, sweet and hot peppers, and a batch of our medium heat salsa!

We will also have our latest batch of pastured chicken, including skinless boneless breasts, mesquite marinated breasts, bratwurst (chipotle, apple, and sweet Italian), wings, backs, and liver.

I've missed all of you and can't wait to hang out and catch up 💗
