Summers over. We are eating our last harvest of Shish*to peppers. I started with a hot skillet with a about 2 tablespoons of Shallot Olive oil from Phooey Farms. I added the Shish*to's to the very hot oil and blistered them to perfection, in my opinion, add a little flake salt and now I get to enjoy them with my supper. Some are hot, most are not, I always get the hot ones.

Look for next seasons Shish*tos in Aug 2026.

Saturday October 11, 2025, from 9am to 1pm, is the last Farmers Market for 2025.

We will have fresh corn, tomatoes, green beans and winter squash.

We accept the Senior Farmers Market cards and WIC coupons. If you haven't finished using yours, this will be one of the last times to use it for 2025.

Time to stockup on breads, jellies and jams for the long cold winter.

Remember Sourdough bread can to frozen to enjoyed in the cold winter months when there is no farmers market.
