Today was a very productive day. Today we got a bin of cabbage to make saurkraut. We are thankful for family(friends that became family)that came and helped do this with us today. We wouldn't have been able to get it done with out you. So for now we wil let the barrels sit so it can do its work for a few months. We will have saurkraut for a New year's and for other things. Thank you to are customers for standing by us.

With the cooler weather moving in, deer movement starting to pick up, and more hunters heading into the woods, we know the hunting season is about to get BUSY!

We want all our hunters to know that WE ARE HERE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU! We understand that hunting doesn’t always go according to schedule, and we will do our best to work with you when it comes to dropping off your deer for processing.

Showing up hours later without communicating makes it difficult for us to manage our already busy schedule.
