🍂 Have you tried Delicata Squash? 🍂

If you see these cute little striped squash at Jasper Corner Market and aren’t quite sure what to do with them—you’re in for a treat!

Delicata squash has a sweet, slightly nutty flavor that’s a little like sweet potato and butternut squash. And the BEST part? 🙌

✨ You can eat the skin! No peeling required!

🍴 Easy way to cook it:
Cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, slice into half-moons, toss with a little olive oil and your favorite seasonings, and roast at 425°F for about 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Try it:
🍁 Savory with salt, pepper & garlic
🍁 Sweet with cinnamon & a drizzle of maple syrup
🍁 Added to salads or grain bowls
🍁 As an easy roasted side dish
