Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Cass-Morgan Farm Bureau and a group of local educators for a behind-the-scenes tour of The Farms of Illinois and Bland Family Farm!

We love sharing the story behind local food—what it takes to bring fresh, nutrient-dense products from the field to your table. We’re more than a grocery store. We’re the farmers growing the food, the team coordinating products from local producers, and the distributors connecting communities across Central Illinois with local agriculture.

It's a bit of old-school coffee roasting terminology that's still used today:

☕ City = Light Roast
☕ City+ = Light-Medium Roast
☕ Full City (FC) = Medium Roast
