For those who have been calling or stopping by to see what supplies or equipment is still left to sell, we will be open this Saturday, July 12, from 10 till 2 for those who want to stop in and take a look or pick up what is already sold. some of the items are:
One, 2 tier stainless butchers table, pizza sealer and wrap, 2 gold bond cooler shelf units, walk in cooler, (approx. 9 x 10 x 7), assorted deli gloves and deli wax sheets and one roll butcher wrap. Assorted sizes of gift boxes, small wall mounted stainless sink, 3 tier computer desk, metal desk and 4 drawer file cabinet, 2 rolling kitchen carts, rolling utility cart, 2 double wide wood bookshelves, assorted plastic and wire shelving, vac food sealer, 40 # block wire cutter, printing scale, shipping scale, many more misc. items, etc. etc. I will not be answering questions about prices here, all will be marked on Saturday. See you then!

It is official, Bieri’s Cheese is closed. I want to thank all my great customers and the friends they became, to all the wonderful employees over the years and thank you to Wayne for his hard work and support through out it all. It was a great 41 years and I will miss it terribly.
I can’t believe I’ll have to shop for cheese!
For those of you who asked, here are a few locations to get the cheeses I carried:
The cheddars, swiss, muenster, salami, pepper cheese, bacon cheese, and assorted hot varieties at Laacks Cheese in Green Leaf.
The smoked Swiss and smoked cheddar bars and those wonderful caramels, at Vern’s Cheese in Chilton
The processed garlic and processed caraway Swiss at Shullsberg Cheese in Shullsburg

Bieri’s Cheese is down to its last 2 days! We have a small selection of cheeses left yet and some jar goods and candies too.
Also, I have shelving units, stainless steel prep tables, a couple of freezers and a bunch of miscellaneous items for sale. We are open today til 5:00 and tomorrow (Friday, the 27th),the last day,
we will be open until 3:00. Again, thank you everyone for your patronage throughout the years!

Dear customers,
It is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to retire. I have been behind this counter for over 40 years and at 68 years old it has become too much for me to physically handle any longer. As I have no next generation to take over, I will take a few months to see if someone is interested and if not I will simply close the doors at that point. I appreciate everyone’s patronage and still hope to see you over the next few months.
