g to local producers. We accept EBT (Food Stamps) at all three stores, and offer a 13% income-based discount and Double Up Food Bucks through FLOWER, our food access program. We had an absolute blast today hosting the Tompkins 4-H Jr. Iron Chef competition. These youth competitors demonstrated a lot of talent, skill, creativity, and teamwork as they conceived their ideas, shopped for their ingredients, cooked, plated, and presented to the judges. WOW!

The secret ingredients were Bjorn Qorn popcorn and peaches! The judges tasted dishes from tacos and pasta to breakfast and desserts. Congrats to “Team Food” their win with Vegan Pancakes with a Peach Compote and Sweet Cream Cheese topping.
