When you’re selling meat so fast you can’t even snag a roast for your own freezer… you go digging in the chest freezer.
We found this perfectly sealed 4-year-old Ranch Roast hiding in ours. And before you ask—no, we would never sell you old meat! This one was from our personal freezer.
We’ve been asked many times, “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘻𝘦𝘳?”

The secret is starting to take shape...👀

Remember that little secret we told you we've been working on? Well, here's your latest peek behind the curtain.

Last time, you saw the outside. Now, things are getting interesting on the inside. 👀The dirt is moving, concrete is going down, and little by little, this empty space is becoming what we've planned all along.

There's still more work to be done - and we're still not spilling all the details quite yet - but every day is bringing us closer to something we've been really excited to share with you.

This week, I had the pleasure of visiting The Growing Tree Child Development Center to talk to the kids about our farm!
We talked about the difference between dairy and beef cattle and how both have different, but very important, jobs on the farm. We also talked about something that can be easy to forget..while you may buy your food at the grocery store, it all started on a farm!

Supporting local farms is more important than ever. When you support your local farmer, you’re helping preserve farmland, support local families, and keep agriculture a part of our communities for generations to come.

There's something special about this little stretch between seasons. 🌾🔆

Summer is slowly making its exit, the evenings are starting to look a little different, and another market season is getting closer to its final Saturdays.

Around the farm, we get to watch those small changes happen every day - sometimes with a few curious faces watching right along with us. 🐮

We're soaking up what's left of summer, enjoying the views, and making the most of these last weeks of market season. Come see us at the farmers' markets we attend before another season is in the books!🌾🌻
