Little boots, big bonds, and a lifetime of farm memories. 🤎🐄

There's something pretty special about the bond between a little boy and his steers. To most, they're just cattle in a barn or a pasture, but to him, they're familiar faces, gentle giants, and some of his very first friends.

Growing up on a farm is a childhood unlike any other. It's early mornings in muddy boots, little hands learning big responsibilities, and moments like these that might seem, well, ordinary now but will mean the world someday.

And while we spend so much time teaching our little ones how to care for the animals and the land, it's funny how much the farm ends up teaching them in return. Patience, kindness, hard work, and a love for something bigger than themselves.

These are the moments that make farm life so special. The ones that dont need to be planned, the ones that happen somewhere between chores and everyday life, and the ones we hope they'll carry with them long after those little boots have been outgrown.

Because some of the strongest bonds on the farm start with the smallest hands.❤️

When you’re selling meat so fast you can’t even snag a roast for your own freezer… you go digging in the chest freezer.
We found this perfectly sealed 4-year-old Ranch Roast hiding in ours. And before you ask—no, we would never sell you old meat! This one was from our personal freezer.
We’ve been asked many times, “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘻𝘦𝘳?”

Remember that little secret we told you we've been working on? Well, here's your latest peek behind the curtain.

Last time, you saw the outside. Now, things are getting interesting on the inside. 👀The dirt is moving, concrete is going down, and little by little, this empty space is becoming what we've planned all along.

There's still more work to be done - and we're still not spilling all the details quite yet - but every day is bringing us closer to something we've been really excited to share with you.

This week, I had the pleasure of visiting The Growing Tree Child Development Center to talk to the kids about our farm!
We talked about the difference between dairy and beef cattle and how both have different, but very important, jobs on the farm. We also talked about something that can be easy to forget..while you may buy your food at the grocery store, it all started on a farm!

Supporting local farms is more important than ever. When you support your local farmer, you’re helping preserve farmland, support local families, and keep agriculture a part of our communities for generations to come.
