ole processing from beginning to end. In our beautiful store front we offer cuts of beef, pork and lamb, hickory smoked bacon, hams, homemade sausages, and a variety of brats. We are proud to have Matt Malterer as our head butcher and sausage maker. Matt trained under a 4th generation butcher for multiple years learning the trade. Attention to detail, offering the finest cuts, and mastering the art of sausage making are what we are most proud of.
