We still have plenty of fresh mushrooms growing and anticipate having them until Thanksgiving ish.
Q: So now that the farmers market season is done, where/how do you get them?
A: We meetup or we deliver them to you orrrr, you get them from the coke cooler at Slagle's Family Farm right above their phenomenal steaks on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday.

We have lions mane (pictured above), grey oyster going indoors as well as shiitake and chestnut growing outdoors… especially if we get some desperately needed rain.

These gorgeous oyster mushroom pins should be ready by the weekend for the journey to Slagle's Family Farm with us on Saturday from 10-3. The rain is definitely helping our shiitake logyard so we’ll have some late season shiitake as well as lions mane with us too.

We’ll be at the Slagle's Family Farm this Saturday from 10-3 set up with a pile of fresh mushrooms. If you haven’t been out to see the Slagle farm, they have a wonderful pumpkin patch, games like pumpkin bowling among others, photo opportunities a pile of fresh produce, some amazing beef and the store promotes other vendors products as well.

Good morning yooperland! We are all set up at the Iron Mountain Downtown Farmers & Artisans Market from 8am til noon in downtown across from the library with chicken of the woods, chestnut, lions mane, oyster and shiitake mushrooms. See ya soon!
