Well that didn’t last long. Roomba the rooster hater is locked up again. He went after Galaxy right after this.
I grabbed him by his foot while he was in battle mode and put in a different pen by himself. Seriously sick of his s**t.

This is what I mean about being vigilant with these chickens.
There’s been a Fox hanging around. I’ve not been letting them out like clockwork like I usually do. Today I waited until late afternoon again.
Not even 20 minutes after I let them out and did all their food and water check, I was in the other fenced yard and heard the chipmunks/squirrels sounding alarm. So I went back out to check and this happened…

Tristan got these pictures from his phone when they went on a class hike today to Rocky Mountain and Black Bear Mountain. Yes they got rained on and you can see it in a couple of the pictures.
Jemma’s class did McCauley Mountain and they not only got rain but hail too! Lol! She doesn’t have a phone so no pics of her hike. Kids in the Adirondacks have a different type of physical education ❤️
