🤩Seeking foster-to-adopt situation for Francesca!
The good:
💕Absolutely gorgeous
💕Super loving and social with people
💕Non-stop purrs and biscuit-making
💕A real sweetheart, adorably chatty
The not-so-good
💕Francesca was adopted last year then returned for peeing on furniture 😕 she's seen a vet, she does not have a UTI and her bloodwork and exam were unremarkable
💕Inappropriate urination may be stress-related
My New Cat Rescue is looking for a special home for Francesca where her adopters are willing to take it slow - starting her out in a smaller room while she acclimates, being willing to protect furniture she has access to with waterproof covers, etc. Multiple litterboxes kept clean while we learn what she likes and dislikes. Her ideal home is quiet and has no other pets and preferably no children to keep her stress low. An adopter who will provide enrichment and plenty of attention.
Francesca may enjoy a screened-in porch for controlled access to fresh air and bird-watching. She is currently back with her first foster home who has multiple foster cats. Because Francesca might not like other cats, and because of chronic health issues of another foster cat in the home, she is currently in a double kennel set-up. We'd love to get her into a home where she can have more room and a human to help us figure out her issue. In her current setup, she is using the litterbox.
