Bacon makes the world go 'round & makes EVERYTHING taste good! Claus gets in fresh pork bellies every week (1st picture), trims them, cures them, hangs them from meat hooks & smokes them (2nd picture), & then we slice them to serve to customers (3rd picture). Claus uses a mix of hickory & oak sawdust in the smokehouse bin, so it always smells like a campfire in here. NO fake liquid smoke pumped in for the aritificial smell & flavor, like grocery store bacon. If you have not yet tried our bacon, you are definitely missing out!
