These are the ones that started it all.) Grateful Red (summer salsa)
“Fresh and full of flavor our grateful red salsa is the perfect combination of juicy tomatoes, vibrant cilantro and lime topped off with fresh onion, garlic and just enough heat to keep you coming back for more. Tortilla chips are the obvious choice, but we’ve also seen people drink it straight from the container - either way, w
e know you’ll love this fresh salsa.”
Paul Spinach and Artichoke Garfunkel (spinach and artichoke)
“Not your average spinach and artichoke dip! We start out with our addictive, rich and creamy “Lovin’ Base” – then we pack in the spinach and artichokes add in fresh red bell pepper and finish it off with lots of garlic and a hint of lemon to keep it fresh and full a flavor. Eat it cold with veggies, hot with chips or as a delicious sandwich spread, this dip is straight up addictive!”
CCR – Creamy Cucumber Revival (creamy cucumber)
“After failing in our quest to find the best tatziki sauce for our homemade gyros we decided to try making our own. The result of this little experiment is our Creamy Cucumber Revival. Super, fresh, creamy, cool and totally addictive. Crisp, fresh-cut cucumbers and zesty garlic are folded into tangy Greek yogurt and finished off with fresh squeezed lemon. Perfect with pita chips and veggies or get creative and try it on salads and sandwiches.”
Paul Peanut Butter Field (peanut butter pie)
“Yep, we turned peanut butter pie into a dip – I mean, do we have to say more? We love it with graham crackers or apple slices, some of our fans swear that a spoon is all you need and in a pinch, your finger will do.”
John Lemon (Citrus Pie)
Totally fresh and bursting with citrus flavor (think key lime pie) this dip is great with graham crackers or fresh fruit, or be adventurous and try some of our favorite ways: in a fresh fruit parfait, to top off a strawberry shortcake and in a summer trifle – we’ve even used it to top cupcakes!”
Dark Side of the Spoon
These are our seasonal dips. Sometimes an idea strikes us or some great local produce inspires us and we go...to the dark side. This season's featured acts include Jalapeno Popper (if you like the bar snack, you will love this), Fresh Corn (fresh off the cob w/green onions and fresh cracked pepper), Greek Olive (with feta, cucumbers and oregano-a dippable Greek salad!), Heirloom Tomato and Basil (with balsamic and olive oil), 7 layer bean dip ('nuff said), Coconut Cream Pie (coconut lover's dream!), Blueberry Lemon (with wild blueberries and lemon curd), and Pumpkin Cheesecake (to die for!)
