We know a couple of you have been waiting for an update on the sprouts Emily has babied since January. The truth is- there hasn't been anything to update until now. They've been safe inside while mother nature throws her latest tantrum and Emily has been *stressing* because the temps just keep dipping too far down for her to put them in the ground.

Until now! Finally the night time temps are in the 40s and with the help of a heavy layer of mulch and some row covers, we're ✨️hopefully✨️ in the growing season!!

52 eggplants, 230 pepper plants, and 2 very sore farmers is what it took to build this row.

We couldn't be more proud to show you 💚.

With the weather refusing to let us stagger planting- it's now a mad dash to get the rest in the ground and start the next round of seeds.

We'll be posting updates for anyone who wants to take the journey with us 🌿

Shout out to for upping our chances of artichokes this year!

The level of kindness within our little farm community never ceases to amaze us.

Thank you, Eric, for your positivity, kindness, and skills. Hopefully we can trade artichokes at the end of the season!

🎉MARKET SEASON IS BACK!!!🎉

It was a wild winter that we'll always look back on and smile, but it's time to catch some rays and spread the joys of seasonal living.

We can't wait to come back to where it all started Hudson Valley Open Market . We've missed our regulars and have some very exciting news to share with all of y'all!

We're equally excited to try something new with and we are over the moon that we get to be a part of the full season and

Truly, we're honored to be a part of something so special at each and every one of these markets.

Thank you, Newburgh, for a winter season worth writing about. From sunny soup days to early snow days and *many* sub-zero markets, you showed up.

As we close out our very first winter market season, our hearts are full with gratitude for the community, vendors, and market that have welcomed us with open arms and continued support. Showing yet again that it's easier to make it together, than fight to do so alone.

-Thank you, Newburgh, for showing up, asking questions, and sharing a laugh or two.

-Thank you, Ilyana (and team!), for supporting all of us, fighting to get us a warm space so we didn't literally freeze, and always being a beacon of positivity and real conversation.

Every single one of you made this *grueling* winter one we will always look back on and smile. 💚
