We are so excited to welcome a new producer into the hub. Help us welcome Prospect Ridge Farms from Prospect, Tennessee. They bring their pasture-raised poultry and their grass-fed, grass-finished beef and lamb to the hub. We are so thrilled to be able to provide you with additional grass-fed, grass-finished options, as well as some unique poultry options.

We now have ground chicken and chicken soup kits. If you are into making your own homemade broth, we have chicken soup kits, and you can pair it with the great seasonal produce that we have in the hub to create some really nutritious, locally sourced broth for all of your soups, stews, and recipes.

You can shop Prospect Ridge Farms now in the hub through Sunday, and you will find them in the featured section this week!

Here’s a bit more from Prospect: “We started eating clean to treat auto-immune issues and Type 2 Diabetes but had difficulty sourcing clean food, so in 2020, we decided to buy a farm, and grow our own. Our health improved, our lives improved, and we set out to share our love of clean, wholesome meats, eggs, and produce. Today, we are a full-time family farm, raising Katahdin hair-sheep which produces a very mild, clean-tasting meat; chicken that tastes the way chicken is supposed to taste; quality eggs with rich yolks, and produce grown in our garden using organic seeds and growing practices. We are customer-focused, with loyal customers throughout Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia. Our animals are well-tended and cared for and processed in USDA facilities that are committed to humane handling and using filtered water. Our farm is open for scheduled visits to anyone interested in seeing our farming practices first-hand.”

You’ll find us every Tuesday at running the Hub! The space truly comes alive and we welcome in 20+ producers and pack over 500 individual items for your orders.

Over the course of the day we are checking in producers, getting orders packed and then preparing to welcome you to pickup. This wouldn’t be possible without volunteers like (who is also a producer!) and our market manager, Matt , who also does our deliveries.

Running a Hub is a true community effort from the farm to your table!

The Hub is overflowing with a beautiful amount of seasonal produce right now. We just got in squash and zucchini, onions, herbs, beautiful spring produce.
