Restocking of pancake mix is out at the stand today. If you buy some and it doesn’t have the strong taste of sourdough there are ways to fix that. For the mix it’s dehydrated started to activate it again the liquid needs to set for a few hours or you can use some buttermilk for a stronger taste. You can also make the mix up the night before and let it activate overnight in the fridge.
However if your like me and just like good ol fashioned homemade pancake mix, just mix it all up and enjoy right away!

Hello Everyone! Here is the menu for this week. We will be open this weekend and like usual I will take pre orders until Wed Evening.
Just a heads up we won’t be having the farm stand out for a couple weeks while we celebrate my daughter getting married. So if you want anything this weekend is the time to get it!

I am trying something new this weekend. Some people have said they wanted to try new flavors but don’t want to buy a whole loaf to do it. This week I am going to take pre orders for build your own flight box. You can either choose 3 or 4 loaves per box. You can do the same flavors or change them up. These mini loaves are also great for soup bowls.
Flavors offered: Pesto and Sun Dried Tomatoes, Original, Jalapeño and Cheddar, Cinnamon and Sugar, Blueberry, Pizza and Garlic Parmesan
Taking pre orders until Wed May 6th 5pm

Brownie Pudding Cups with Marshmallow Fluff topping. This treat is layered with bite sized brownies and layers of Oreo pudding topped with marshmallow fluff and mini M&M’s.

We are going to have 6 different kinds of cookies out this weekend. Oatmeal Cream Pie, Red Velvet Oreo, Monster, Reese’s Stuffed Peanut Butter, Everything But the Kitchen Sink, and last SourdoughChocolate Chip. They are all 4$ a cookie but offering mix and match 3 for 10$ ( the chocolate chip cookies are smaller in size and 4 to a bag)
