The Burns and The Katzman are back for a stint as a lunch special! The Burns is our classic Reuben made with RJ’s Corned Beef (made with a multiple gold medal winning cure), house-blended sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and 1000 Island dressing on toasted marble rye.
The Katzman is RJ’s Pastrami (made with that same multiple gold medal winning cure), house-made pickled red onions, Silver Spring Foods, Inc. Beer n Brat horseradish mustard, and Swiss cheese on toasted marble rye.
