So y’all are probably wondering how a guy living in Wisconsin knows anything about some good Carolina sauces. Well, the short of the story is that while stationed in the Carolina’s during my career in the Military I came to enjoy the flavorful tastes of Carolina BBQ from the Eastern and Western parts of those two wonderful states! Being that I love to smoke, BBQ, and grill, I started creating my s

auces based on a family recipe passed down to me from a little known bastion called Cape Colony on the Albemarle Sound in Edenton, North Carolina. I have spent many a wonderful time and an awesome meal with the good folks there. Their camaraderie through the tough times inspired me to give something back, so I created YT’z Trading Company. The goal of this company is not only to sell the finest sauces and rubs in America but, to grow and seek to fulfill the demands of our customers. My dream is to make your experiences dealing with this company a fulfilling one.
