This spring we’ll briefly close to reopen as two distinct concepts: Kitty’s Market and
Since opening in 2020, Kitty’s has grown alongside this community — from a small idea into a restaurant filled with friendships, regulars, and many memorable nights. Now we’re refining that vision.
Mr. Cat Brasserie will be our love letter to the classic French brasserie: steak frites, proper sauces, crisp salads, cold martinis — a place built on rhythm and repetition. The kind of restaurant you can return to on a Wednesday in February or a Saturday in July and know you’ll have a proper night out.
And Kitty’s isn’t going anywhere — it’s getting better.
With thoughtful updates to our building, equipment, and menu, Kitty’s Market will become the ultimate grab-and-go café for Hudson life: craveable, reliable, and built for the days when you’re in a hurry.
Two distinct spaces. One shared spirit.
To bring it all to life, we’re hiring for both concepts — FOH and BOH. We’re looking for people who are hardworking, curious about their craft, and genuinely enjoy taking care of others. Sound like you? Email [email protected]
