Thank you to all the folks, including shoppers now friends, that supported Ohio Organics and Nature, 30 Ravenna Street, when I opened in 2019, six months before COVID hit!! Today, I've been invited to the Fox 8 studio for a live segment on New Day between 11 and noon Ecstatic to say, even with the economy + cheap prices from China, not one single child's ORGANIC clothing is MADE or MANUFACTURED in China! No!! With scary rising health issues in younger and younger children, I continue my promise + have even had vendors change too. In addition, we now carry 20+ families product in our shop from Northeast Ohio!! Local honey, maple syrup, earrings, bows, gluten free products, organic tea and so much more! Storehouse Tea employs women leaving countries in crisis, educates them + helps them budget! Matt is so supportive even when my hoys call it a "money pit" 🤣 but I am living my BEST LIFE as so many times... The people who walk in my door are strangers and leave as friends. Special thankful/grateful to Julie Menendez who is as opposite as me as could be.. and she is the reason my doors stay open!! Much love ❤ to all ❣

UPDATE: One of my shoppers had her eggs hatch from the tank; see pic in the comments! We have moved many put of the main tank; feasting on live brine shrimp. Pink Leucistic Pink Axolotls!!! Santa Claus came early this year!!!!! When we last had Axolotls in my shop, Ohio Organics, we lost them in the move or they were gobbled up! Now, settled in + smarter (!!) we created a divider + are excited to welcome SEVERAL HUNDRED baby axolotls to Ohio Organics!!! Having said that, they will be FREE to good homes, but only if you cycle your tank a few weeks and know how to love on them! Did you know they aRare Pink Leucistic Pink Axolotls!!!re almost extinct in Mexico AND if they lose a foot, hand or tail, they regenerate one?? Crazy, right? And they are so little...compared to the darling miniature rescue white goat Carly Capone Keserich is saving for me!! 😉 Merry CHRISTmas All! 💕 🎄 💕

Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood!! 🌞 Life getting back to normal!! FREE face painting at Ohio Organics, 30 Ravenna Street Sat 9-1. My girls, Ane & Marita, usually at Farmer's Market, be at shop Sat for ANNUAL Merchant Sidewalk Sale!!! I let my high school girls price everything (and they think EVERYTHING costs a dol-lah, so there's that!! 😉 ) Stroll around town in the sun shine!! Park in our parking lot and walk over the bridge in the back to Evaporator Works...

A few reasons why I love my shoppers! Today a woman who got married in 1963, 50+ years ago, stopped in to share her story of how she saved 173 love letters from her husband, and is now digitally saving them. She told us she falls in love with her husband all over again when she reads them; purchased the “It’s a Wonderful Life” recyclable military tent bag because the song came out two days after her husband proposed. 💕 True Love 💕

Another young mother of a beautiful 8-month old daughter told us it makes her smile that her husband always pulls the organic footie out the dresser that “he bought for his daughter from our shop” whenever he puts her to bed saying it’s so soft. 👨‍👩‍👦

Finally, the 3rd person to stop in and make my day today was a city gal who saw our sign out front -that one of our very own Hudson High School girls that works for me drew, of her own accord-with no direction from me- that states, “National Grateful Month: What are you grateful for today?” The person opened my front door, peeked in and said “You!!” It took me a moment and I said “You what?” And the gal said “I’m grateful that you are here on Main Street.” It’s a wonderful life 💕 🌍 💕
