Our original Italian sausage recipe made its way from Palermo, Sicily to the United States in 1907, and in 2010 we began commercially producing it so more families could enjoy the flavors we grew up with 🇮🇹. We use quality pork and beef blended with authentic Italian spices to bring that true old‑world taste to every bite.
