Chris Roelli sent us a special extra aged version of his Roelli Haus Cheddar. Look how beautiful it is! The last time we received a batch like this was 4 years ago - some of you are still asking about it! These wheels are as good as they look. Savoriness balanced with brightness, it’s an ideal cheddar.
We’re putting it on this week’s tasting and will have it until it runs out, which won’t be long!

May is American Cheese Month! We've put together a selection of great cheeses from talented, hard-working American cheesemakers for the Memorial Day weekend. These special cheeses are sure to please: a triple cream brie from Indiana, a Texas goat cheese, a raw milk tomme from Georgia, an award-winning Wisconsin aged Alpine-style, and a special cider-soaked blue from Vermont.

We'll be closed Sunday and Monday, come by today to stock up! We are open 10-4.
