Did you know there are more than one way to shop at From the Ground Farmers Market?

💳 Don't carry cash? No problem! Stop by the Market Table and use your credit or debit card to purchase market tokens. This helps keep card processing fees from being passed on to our local vendors while making shopping easy and convenient. Customers can use credit/debit cards to purchase tokens that vendors accept just like cash.

All accepted vendors are required to attend one vendor training session. This is our opportunity to come together as a farmers market community, catch up and meet new vendors, staff, and board members! 🌞

Rebecca Matuszak joins From the Ground Farmers Market Collective as Executive Director, bringing a strong background in leadership, local food systems, and small business development.

Rebecca serves on the board of the Keweenaw Co-op, serving as Board President for two years, where she has helped guide organizational growth and governance, including the recent major relocation project.

She has firsthand experience as a farmers market vendor and is committed to supporting local producers and strengthening regional food access. She is passionate about building strong community connections and is looking forward to working with farmers, vendors, and partners to continue growing vibrant, connected markets in the region.

She lives in Hancock with her family and outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, reading and being near Lake Superior.
