BUONGIORNO HONOLULU!
Today’s Panino del Giorno is one of a kind. We begin with infusing activated charcoal into our 72 hour fermented dough. After shaping it (into the Panuozzo style bread) and baking it, it’s filled with creamy Gorgonzola Dolce, Luganega Sausage & Sautéed Porcini Mushrooms from Calabria. Do we have to say anything else? I think the photo speaks for itself 😉
