Every piece at our market has a story. Here's what goes into it.
The craft vendors at Hāmākua Harvest don't just sell things — they make them. Come learn the stories behind the work this Sunday.
Have you ever watched an artisan at work and felt that instinctive awe — the way human hands can shape something from nothing? 🎨

Our craft vendors at Hāmākua Harvest bring that same level of dedication and skill to every single piece they sell. Behind every item on those tables are hours — sometimes years — of learning, practicing, and refining.

A turned bowl that started as a fallen koa branch. A pendant shaped from coral-washed sea glass. A woven basket made with techniques passed down through generations.

This Sunday, take a moment to ask your vendors about their process. You might be surprised how much more meaningful your purchase becomes.

Looking for a gift that actually means something? We know a place.
Skip the generic. Our local artisans make gifts you can't find anywhere else — handcrafted, local, and full of aloha.
The best gifts tell a story. And the story behind every piece at Hāmākua Harvest starts right here on the Big Island. 🎨

Our local artisans craft things that can't be replicated or mass-produced — each piece shaped by the maker's hands, inspired by the land, and infused with genuine Hāmākua aloha.
Some of our artisans have been perfecting their craft for decades. Some are emerging talents sharing their work for the first time. All of them show up Sunday with something worth discovering.

Whether you're shopping for someone special or treating yourself — tomorrow is the perfect morning to find it.

You don't just buy food at this market. You meet the person who grew it.
The faces behind Hāmākua Harvest are local farmers who pour their lives into the land. Come meet them this Sunday.
At most grocery stores, your food travels hundreds of miles and passes through a dozen hands before it reaches yours. You never know who grew it, how it was tended, or what the season looked like on the farm.

At Hāmākua Harvest, you can just... ask. 🌿

Our farmers show up every Sunday to sell what they grew themselves. They'll tell you when it was picked, what pairs with it, how to cook it, and why they chose to farm this particular corner of the Hāmākua Coast.
That conversation — farmer to family — is something no supermarket can offer.

The most unique things you'll ever own were made by hand, right here in Hāmākua.
Local artisans bring their finest handmade work to the market every Sunday. Come find something truly one of a kind.
Mass-produced things are everywhere. What's rare is something made by human hands, with intention, skill, and a story behind it. 🎨

Every Sunday at Hāmākua Harvest, our local artisans bring exactly that. Jewelry shaped from island materials. Ceramics pulled from kilns in the hills. Woven goods, woodwork, paintings, fiber arts — all made by Hāmākua hands, all carrying the mana of this place.

When you buy from an artisan at the market, you're not just taking home an object. You're taking home a piece of the person who made it.

Eating in season tastes better. And in Hāmākua, it's always in season.
The Big Island grows year-round — and every Sunday, our farmers bring the very best of what's ripe and ready to Hāmākua Harvest.
One of the most underrated joys of living on the Big Island? Produce that never stops growing. 🌿

While much of the world plans meals around what's in the freezer aisle, our Hāmākua farmers are harvesting something extraordinary every single week. The climate here doesn't give you one growing season — it gives you twelve.

That means tomorrow at the market, you'll find produce at the absolute peak of its flavor. Not almost ripe. Not stored for weeks. Picked this week, by the hands of someone who will be standing at the next stall.
Come stock your kitchen the Hāmākua way.

The freshest food on the island starts right here in Hāmākua soil.
From volcanic earth to your kitchen table — our local farmers bring the season to life every Sunday at the market.
There's a reason Hāmākua has always been farming country. 🌿

The volcanic soil, the mountain mist, the trade winds — they conspire to grow some of the most extraordinary produce you'll find anywhere in Hawaii. And every Sunday, our local farmers bring their harvest straight to you.

Taro pulled fresh from the lo'i. Tropical fruit heavy on the vine. Crisp greens, sweet root vegetables, fragrant herbs — all grown with generations of knowledge and love for this land.

No supply chain. No cold storage. Just the farm, the farmer, and your table.

Come taste the difference this Sunday.
