Double the Fun in Downtown Homewood This Weekend!

The Homewood Farmers Market returns this Saturday, June 6th, from 8am to 1pm on Martin Square.

Even better? Homewood’s annual Art & Garden Street Fair is also happening this Friday, June 5th, and Saturday, June 6th! Between both events, you can explore over 100 amazing vendors right here in town.

Make sure to swing by the market's Village Hall Welcome Booth to grab some fun perks (while supplies last):

- Free Market Calendar Magnet to keep on your fridge
- Fun Word Puzzles & Games— play to win a market-branded tote bag!*
- Free Kids' Coloring Pages to keep the little ones entertained
- Free Local Recipes, generously provided by the Homewood Historical Society
*Note: Tote bag quantities are limited this week, so stop by early!

Because it’s a packed weekend downtown, here is what you need to know before you head out:

- Free Parking: Available in the Village Hall Parking Lot and the Metra Lot
- Road Openings: Chestnut Road will be open this weekend (no expanded market layout)
- Road Closures: Martin Avenue will be closed south of Ridge Road for the Art & Garden Street Fair. Hickory Road will be closed between Dixie Hwy & Harwood Ave
- Street Fair Timing: The Art & Garden Street Fair opens at 10am on Saturday, so you can hit the Farmers Market early and transition straight into the fair!
